SHIPPING POLICY

We will work hard to get our order out to you as soon as possible.  Please allow 3-5 working days for shipment within New Zealand and 14 days for shipping to Australia (subject to COVID-19 restrictions).

Shipping rates are as follows:

FREE shipping on all NZ orders.

We also ship to Australia at a flat rate of $10 per order

We ship using eco courier bags - please compost these if you can.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that sometimes when you purchase online you don't always get the right size or fit.

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unworn, unaltered and unwashed, in original packaging with labels attached.

All return shipping costs are to be paid by the you (the customer)  so choose carefully.
